Vintage 1980s Crimson Pleated Midi Skirt — Alexander Campbell, Size 10

There is a particular kind of red that only vintage does properly, and this skirt has it — a deep crimson with a satin-like acetate sheen that shifts between wine and firelight depending on how you stand.

The silhouette is pure 1980s occasion dressing: structured pleats fanning out from the waist into a full A-line sweep, with side pockets and a rear button-and-zip closure. Made in USA by Alexander Campbell.
