Shipping policy

Maximum Commerce ships orders from Hawaii using tracked carrier services.

Domestic Shipping
U.S. orders are shipped using USPS services available at checkout, including USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries and regions. Available USPS services may include USPS First Class Package International and USPS Priority Mail International, depending on the destination and package eligibility. Rates and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, destination-country postal operations, weather, or other carrier delays outside of Maximum Commerce’s control.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Maximum Commerce does not collect international duties or import taxes at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by their destination country.

Processing & Tracking
Orders are carefully packaged and tracking information is provided once the order ships. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Maximum Commerce.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Maximum Commerce is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact Maximum Commerce as soon as possible so we can review the tracking information and assist with the appropriate carrier process.
